The Demand Side of the Equation
In theory it sounds fantastically well that you have a product that solves an existing product problem and people are looking for a solution actively. That does not work all the time in reality if you try to replicate this kind of thing because there are some very vivid examples when there is a struggling market and then you're suddenly coming in and solving it. Part of this is being able to understand the demand side and and what is the real criteria they have for hiring your product so jobs to be done.
