The Diversity of Practice in the PCA

The diversity of practice with office and title in the PCA is so various and so different from one place to another. It's hard to even write to write an article about it and describe it. There are churches that use exactly the same nomination, election and training process for male and female deaconing persons. I think that's a violation too. And our BCO explicitly says, if you don't have deacons, all the duties of the deacon devolve to the session. So what, what is going on?
