The Importance of Accepting Initial Craziness
I would rather hang out with a mad rude person who says what they mean than a really polite, nice person where I've got a fucking clue what they're on about. That was a massive attraction in standup because even if someone was like a horrible nutter, you'd just be like, yeah, but I could predict this. They're not hiding it. The surprise was initial. As long as you accept the initial craziness, you know exactly who you're dealing with forever.
