The Mismatch Between Remarketing and Marketing Automation
Right now it's Ginger Snaps everywhere. I don't think remarketing and marketing automation should be put in the same category. We're remarketing that you've kind of already bought that pair of shoes, but then you keep seeing the remarketing ads for like two weeks afterwards. So there's a potential mismatch there because we're guessing the next step. Depends on what you're guessing if you're feeding this data into the sales team,. Then they know a lot more about the customer based on this. But if you're serving automated ads based on this data, then the ads could go wrong or have to feed more data into it to actually make the right calls.
