In episode five of "The Handmaid's Tale," the crew has to remove rubble from a roof. The material is highly radioactive graphite that landed on the roof, at the explosion. They have to throw it back into the reactor so they can build the sarcophagus over the reactor. But as legasso explains, that's the problem.
