There's no overarching theory of everything, or a kind of practice that can reach across all these different disciplines. The idea is that we have to design for changes in whole systems. You have to put together knowledge from different areas. That is its own skill set. And you don't need everyone to be doing it. Actually, you wouldn't get very far if everyone was doing it.
