Are We Always Like, Oh, That's Really Hard?

I feel like it goes to show maybe sometimes the things that you think are easy are like hard to other people too. So then it's easier for some one who doesn't have your skill set and talents to say, "Thank you so much for doing that" And i always wonder too, like, when will we get out of this awkward stage where we're always underselling ourselves? When will we become the like, confident senior person who really knows how to sell themselves? I almost wonder if it's like something that comes with the platform, or sort of is more required when you have people working under you that you're taken care of.
