What's Your Biggest Recommendation for Changing Performance Management Systems?
We need a multi-faceted, a multi-part scorecard. We need some of those objectives focused at the biggest, broadest, overarching goals. Having those three levels of metrics and increasingly broad levels is something that I think is absolutely foundational to getting people to work together. It's ultimately strategically important for the company but otherwise will get lost in the shuffle of mere individual metrics.
