Burn It All Down

William Walker's filibuster army took to the task with Glee, looting huge amounts of wine and getting wasted as shit. But they grew so enthralled with this activity that they failed to notice an army of 1500 men surrounding them. Once the situation became clear, the troops tried to put up defensive fortifications, but they were way too drunk to actually do this. What should have been an orderly retreat became a slaughter.
