All radars can actually detect stealth jets. The only thing is is the distance good enough. You want to detect the stealth jet as far away from you as possible, so that you have the maximum possible reaction time and decision-making time. If you are able to detect it only for three seconds, you can't do much with that. If you can detect it for like 30 seconds,you can do something with that. So that's how it is. I think the S-formed radar is good, and it's able to detect stealth jets, I think around 30-40-50 kilometers distance,. which gives it a reasonable amount of time to do some damage.
