Pay Attention to Every Noise That Your Environment Makes

I pay attention to which parts of my house make noise when you step on them, and avoid those places. You can go to a grocery store and watch the the body language of the moms who are shopping with their kids. Pay attention to them, because they're doing a good job of blending in if yo're not normally paying attention to them. And then try to start mimicking their body language. What i'll do when i go out is i don't directly look at anyone, but i'm paying attention to if i'm being attention to give myself that conscious feedback.
