Studying the Bible

I think the best approach, at least for me, and what i would suggest, is to always sit down and do it prayerfully and conversationally with the lord. And even if you don't get in that hour, he's going to answer that prayer sooner or later. The more bible study we do, the more illumination we're going to get, even about those difficult portions. So i think, i think doing it prayerfully is the best approach,. Even if we follow some one else's ideas of how to go about it. But i don't think the right or wrong, as long as we do it prayerful and and keeping faithful to what scripture is telling us.
