The LYOCA data collection aims to reduce law enforcement officer deaths and assaults by providing data for trainings. CJ's gets advice from an advisory policy board that's composed of police chiefs and other law enforcement executives. The data covers deaths of and attacks on Dually Swarn City, University and College, County, State, Tribal and Federal Law Enforcement Officers who at the time of the incident normally wore or carried a badge.
