The Role of JWST in the Measurement of Starlight

The results from this paper are all based on just taking pictures of these galaxies. But there is also the possibility to take those images and split it up among its component wavelengths. That would be spectroscopy, which would require pointing JWST with a different instrument. And I'm sure that people are absolutely going to be looking at in more detail.
