The Conservative Court's Strategy for Overturning Roe v. Wade

Amy Coney Barrett is not a John Roberts conservative who aggressively pretends to adhere to an objective interpretation of the law. She's an ideologue, right? And she and every Republican senator and the executive branch are all engaged in an open play to seize power. I think this is the first time where there's an actual chance we might see the nominee outright say she disagrees with Roe v. Wade.
