Is There a Pants Up Doctrine?

Carnel: As soon as a man pulls his pants up, he knows that there's a chance that he should be this child's father. He needs to get on the Peter the Father registry and say, hey, I just signed this registry with the state of Alabama saying, "I so and so slept with so and so" Carnel: Why do we put the responsibility on men? Because it's socially acceptable to say that man can't keep his dick in his pants.
