I don't claim to be your typical operation person that kind of organizes their day into blocks of one hour. So my day is more of a mashup of many different things. I try to focus on what's most important at any given time. When you hire really good people and all the areas I'm running have really good leaders, the appreciation for it becomes less taxing. The biggest gift you can get from your leadership team is the gift of not needing to manage their day to day.
