Sinistera has managed to be sent off for essentially time wasting after an entire half of football in which the entire Aston Villa team was time wasting. He's put his leg out to try and stop them from having a really good attack. So it's not really about clamping down on time wasting and the ball not being in play. It's more about making sure Villa don't score when we're not ready. The ref gave that every single time they fell over, it felt like he gave him a free kick to the point where there was one late on where FERPO thought a free kick was going to be given against him.
