How to Create a New Culture

When you go into a failing company, you have to assume that there is a cultural problem. There may have been a strong culture at one point in the company's history but they lost their way and so your job is to create a new culture. How do you do that? I think it's all about espousing certain fundamental principles that you actually live by again in your own actions. People are going to be watching you very closely. Every day you're on stage, I hate to say it but there is that element.
