The Benefits of Intermittent Fasting for Fat Loss

Extended fasting is primarily something that is going to be beneficial for people who are not too low in body fat. leaner individuals or athletic individuals probably won't get a net benefit from doing an extended fast as much so as they may potentially lose muscle. If you don't have a lot of body fat, you also cannot make much energy. You cannot really generate many ketones. I definitely don't recommend anyone at any time if they fit into this type of situation.
