A mastermind is a group of peer-to-peer mentoring. It's used to help members solve problems with input and advice from other group members. The concept was coined in 1925 by author Napoleon Hill in his book, The Law of Success. Few things can accelerate you towards your goals faster than participating in a mastermind.
