The Problem With Adoption in Data and Analytics

The data product concept is maturing, right? This particular concept. Traditionally, what we have seen in the past is that, you know, if the system needs to be developed, you go to the users and they define the requirements. Now it is you engage the user. They are part of the journey of developing the tool. That's the whole data product management is all about thatYou do the user research, you talk to the users to think about a business problem that never happens in isolation. Somebody upstream causing the problem, somebody downstream getting impacted. So when you're developing a data product, you want to be making sure people are clicking the different options for solving their problems.
