Miyamoto created Super Mario Brothers on the Nintendo Entertainment System or Famicom maybe in 1985. The character was originally a carpenter named Jumpman but folks in the Jewish name Jumpman started calling him "Mario" and Miyamoto liked it so he kept it. Andrew, did you ever hear this story that like Miyamoto thought about the scrolling level idea while like riding on trains or something? Anik Doh? No no I never heard that.
