Is the IMF a Super National Central Bank?
I can't help but shake the view that the IMF and World Bank are just an extension of the central bank. I think it's fair to call the IMF a super national central bank. It is the global lender of last resort. And so yeah, it's fundamentally the broken incentives that we can be able to.
