How to Rewire the US Labor Market

Keith: We talk about rewiring the US labor market. So we have a tool called StellarSight, where a business can look at the jobs that it's looking to fill in the geographies and whatnot. And so part of what we do there too is to try to activate regions or industries where there's a critical mass that has a diverse set of jobs with different level of competencies. The last thing I would say wrapped around the whole thing is this campaign and this coalition called Tear the Paper ceiling. It's creating a coalition of companies and nonprofits who can actually frankly solve this problem collectively.
