I really miss square sausage, Rose. I've had three different types of veggie square sausage. There's only certain Marks and Spencers but seldom do you get them on Oxford Street. Scottish bread is amazing. Have you had stoffies in Scotland? You've never mentioned that. Stoveys? Yeah. It's not a ratatouille. But it's not the same in restaurants. A lot of Scottish Londoners will go on and on about these things called Empire Biscuits. They're so average. When my mum used to make them, I'd be like, wow, if you made these again.
