Diversity and Flexibility in Roles

Every year, I would have an annual review with my senior volunteers. Not intense, there'd be like six questions that get them beforehand. Can I encourage you as well when you have your team in place to do annual reviews? So all of those things for a busy woman who's not that confident, say, okay, I know what’s going to be happening. I know what I'm committed to. I know if there's an out. Yeah. Okay. As we look across the New Testament, we see women doing a whole range of different roles. Let's reflect a similar diversity of roles in our churches.
