Apple launched serie in two thousand 11 with the iphone four s as the first interactive, automated personal assistant. Cerie changed what people thought their phones could do. And she became an important part of the way people interact with their phones. But where does she come from and how exactly does she work? To find out, i spoke with susan bennet, the original voice of cerie. Her first interaction with herself wasn't so pleasant.
