In an indian community, therapy is for crazy people, until your son ends up in therap because i remember friends of mine all thought it was all horseshed. This is something we've been stigmatizing for way too long, and the consequences have been quite severe. When just that first person starts going to therapy, or starting a twelfth step group, things changed.
