How to Keep Your Body Cool During Sleep

Wearing wool or smart wool socks to keep the body cool during sleep is a good idea. Getting as much natural sunlight as possible, especially on the skin and on the eyes early in the days can help with circadian rhythmicity. If you want to shift your sleep cycles so that you can fall asleep earlier in the night, it all starts with the amount of light exposure during the day. And then one other that I throw in there when it comes to the sleep hygiene, cold and absence of light are important.
