Varysidinib and Glioblastoma

grade 2 gliomas are mostly esterocytomas and oligodendromas. Varysidinib was tolerated quite well among patients with the most common toxicities being elevations in liver function tests. This represents a huge advance for these patients, both in terms of prolonging their progression-free survival, but also their quality of life.
