How to Have a Successful Board Meeting

The board meeting should be about where we're taking the company, not a weather report. You've got to have leadership that's going to be around the table and full agreement on the choices that you make. We don't mind a good disagreement. It doesn't mean you wouldn't stop you from talking together. I'm like, it was an April Fool's Day joke. They'll know whatever Easter egg you put in there.
