The market is rigged in favor of the small passive investor at this point. But that's creating conditions that lead to excitement. What it creates is a hotel california type dynamic ut the system is designed to get you in. It has no mechanism to get you out out. The process of changing that allocation scheme, almost inevitably is going to result in extraordinary downside.
