i know you've been around pregnant women a lot, having had your own jim. What are the benefits of strength training for women pree and post pregnancy? Well, im, one of the things i would say, for the people who want to see videos of grandmother's lifting weights. And half the women were grandmothers lifting, and the other half were women who were of child bearing years. So they quickly realized that this was something they could use to heal themselves after having the baby. They didn't lose their st as badly as when they didn't lift through a pregnancy.
