The Senate Is Indefensible, Therefore It Is Unconstitutional
The president can't veto a law that actually gets through the hurdles put up by constitution with regard to passing any legislation. A conlaw course will spend endless numbers of hours on the so called counter majoritarian culty of judicial review. And i say, it would have almost nothing to do with preparing you to be a litigating lawyer. That's what rascas think our job is. But both of you know, and i know, that this doesn't come up in the standard conlaw course. It would look much more like a political science course.
