The Importance of Asking Questions

In the beginning, you kind of do what everyone else is doing and it's cool. Later in people's careers, then they start asking the meta questions. I want them to be working on their own questions after year two. Because we don't have much time to just walk around with tools and experiment. It's important to develop your own questions because that's what science does.
