In a deleted scene, you'll notice that Kevin and Michael are sitting on the sofa by front reception. You can see just like Kevin's pants are hiked up. But it's because they're resting in a foot bath - which is what he bought himself for the Christmas party episode. "It was very comfortable, but we were starting to struggle with what could fit me over my belly," she said.
