The Challenges of Multi-Site Modeling

The pull that easily starts to happen is you begin to have to manage the side of the organization that's unique in regards to multi-site over this large organization. The contextual realities of these campuses are all that they're different and so let me just use a real example of how you kind of start getting sideways in energy. We spend about quite a few missionaries from the village church, one of the ways we want to keep that in front of our people consistently is to give them opportunities to connect with those missionaries.
