Defendant's Position on the Stop Woke Act

The state of Florida passed the so called Stop Woke Act in 2022 redouged in line with the state's double speak the individual freedom act. The law officially bans professors from expressing disfavored viewpoints in university classrooms while permitting unfettered expression of the opposite viewpoints. This is all culture more bullshit about college students being snowflakes but these guys are the ones passing laws to prevent their delegate undergraduate and even graduate years from finding out that like redlining is bad or affirmative action is good.
