Is Menaps a Short Time Period?

Is menapas then, just like, you're in menapas for the rest of your life? Is not, it's not a short time period. First year after your last period is called manipas. After that one year, it's postmenapasle and again, that's when we do a lot of harmonal theraphy for women who have no estrchin because they are having a hard time.
