Kasich: I don't think anybody's happy with the way in which we pick the Supreme Court now. Politicizing the judiciary or shortening their ability to make decisions is a really serious problem for our country, he said. He added that Republicans are stepping on their own ability to deliver a message and instead they're just fumbling around down there.
