Let Your Intention Be to Drop All Fences and Open to Your Knowledge of That Suffering
In through your heart and out, feeling the breath enter through the nostrils, move down through the heart and outcreating that loop with in the vast web, connecting you with it. Now widening your awareness, since the suffering of our larger body, this earth, sensing how that suffering is present in the world. Let your intention be to drop all te fences and open to your knowledge of that suffering; let it come as concretely as you can, still breathing.
