How to Develop a Culture in a Company?
Culture is difficult, but maintaining and adjusting it also pretty tough. We're trying to put in the right systems and controls that help point people in the right direction when there are variances from cultural values as they're stated. And so that's where things like feedback comes into play, where performance reviews start to take shape. Can't imagine doing it at our sights to day is one thing. But been doing it in a company of hundreds or thousands, tens of thousands, is an entirely different kind of challenge.
