The Ukrainians' Frustration With the Ukrainian Summit
The Ukrainians will always kick off ahead of an international summit like this because it adds political pressure to other Western leaders. And then we have seen this before with Zelensky kind of throwing his toys out of the prime just before a summit like this. Both sides are thinking both about how they can get what they want from each other and also how they can continue to have the backing of people back at home. I think it's not a major crisis. It's not even a crisis in the relations between Ukraine and the West. It's just kind of how the games played.
