The Jokuki Review - Is This a Battle Scene?

Mitsu sue decides not to flee koto once he realizes the retired emperor is after him. The jokuki records him having 31 warriors in total to help defend the place against one thousand on the opposing side. I'm not going to go through the battle that ensues once miratanioshi shows up to take out ega misesue because it's very long. But i do want to read off the opening bit because it's quite something and gives you a good sense of the flavor of the battle scenes in the jokuki.
