The Pandemic and the Pandema - What's Next?

The idea of entrepreneurial capitalism as distinct from monopolistic capitalism was one of the principles on which the country was founded. Friedman essentially caused us to do an experiment for a better part of 50 years now, where we have been testing what happens if you allow capital to have all the advantages. And the answer is that you get massive income inequality, you export jobs overseas and you wind up having supply chains that cannot respond to a national crisis like a pandemic.
