i would expect people to get things done in the way that i do. And if some one did it differently, anda, maybe it didn't work, i would sort of think that, o, it's because they didn't do em, you know, in this way. Which ways is my way a what i've learned actuallythat there are lots of different ways to to do things successfully. Every one has their own strength and their own styles. And my job is, like a manager and leader, is to be self aware enough of that, of what my styles are, and try and untangle that from the situation.
