I want to drill down more into making this more scientific. I think there's two major aha moments that senior executives go through when it comes to embracing DE&I as not just a motto, but really as part of their values. And the first aha is that they themselves make a big difference to the culture of an organization. They set the tone even just by saying that they care about DE&I will attract a more diverse talent pool. The second aha isthat inclusion and a focus on it is better for employee retention. There's data that proves that.
