The Institutions Matter, and I'm an Optimist
i think cultivating a little bit more scepticism about these institutions is probably a good thing, and i wish we could do that with out it also involving this kind of worsening, deepening tribal conflict. So i'd like to see some of that tamped down and alittle bit more sanity prevail. But maybe it's just in terms of my on kind of political project and philosophical moorings, that i just can't hope that there will be a lot of good outcomes,. at least in terms of the sort of thing that i hope for. Inderstand about idealism, and i think peteris right, if if you don’t have that, then then what you have
