The Fine Line Between Intention and Intention
There's been some fairly high profile examples of businesses that have become quite culty. WeWork started off as a place where you could rent a desk, basically. But in the end, when you ask the leader of that business, what are you trying to achieve, straight away, you would answer 'we're going to change the world' Stephen: I think there's just, we just need to make sure that we don't lose that transactional element. If you don't, if you lose sight of the fact that there is a transaction here, that actually is your business.
